2. Who We Are
Gill Rj13 Group Pty Ltd is a company registered in Australia under ABN 91 703 377 066, providing professional business and consulting services. Our registered office is in Melbourne VIC. All enquiries should be directed to ceo@gillrj13group.online.
3. Scope of Services
We provide a range of professional business and consulting services, which may include business advisory, operational consulting, strategic planning support and related professional assistance. The specific services, deliverables, timeframes and fees applicable to your engagement will be set out in a written engagement letter, proposal or statement of work agreed between you and us. Where these terms conflict with an agreed engagement document, the engagement document will prevail to the extent of the conflict.
4. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations provided by us are estimates based on the information available at the time of preparation and are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated in writing. Final pricing may vary where the scope, complexity or volume of work changes from that on which the quotation was based. We will notify you of any proposed variation before proceeding. Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable unless stated otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date. We may require a deposit or upfront payment before commencing work. Late payments may attract interest and reasonable recovery costs as permitted by law. If an account remains overdue, we may suspend or cease work until payment is received.
6. Your Responsibilities
To enable us to deliver our services effectively, you agree to:
- Provide accurate, complete and timely information and documentation reasonably required for the engagement;
- Respond to our requests in a reasonable timeframe;
- Ensure you hold any rights, licences or authority necessary for us to use materials you supply to us;
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in connection with the engagement.
Delays caused by a failure to provide information or feedback may affect timeframes and, in some cases, result in additional fees.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all materials, methods, templates, frameworks and documents created by us in the course of providing services remain our intellectual property, with a licence granted to you to use the final deliverables for your internal business purposes. All content on this website, including text, graphics and design, is owned by or licensed to Gill Rj13 Group Pty Ltd and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent. You retain ownership of any materials you supply to us.
8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential all non-public information disclosed by the other party in connection with an engagement, and to use such information only for the purposes of the engagement. This obligation does not apply to information that is publicly available, independently developed, or required to be disclosed by law or a regulatory authority.
9. Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law set out in Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy conferred by the Australian Consumer Law or any other applicable legislation. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for breach of a non-excludable guarantee is limited, at our option, to the re-supply of the services or the payment of the cost of having the services re-supplied.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and except for liability that cannot lawfully be limited:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity;
- Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is limited to the fees paid by you for the relevant services;
- We are not liable for outcomes, decisions or actions you take based on general advice, information or recommendations provided by us, which remain your responsibility;
- We do not provide legal, financial, taxation or immigration advice, and you should obtain specialist advice from an appropriately qualified professional for those matters.

Upon termination, you remain liable for fees for work performed up to the date of termination. We may suspend or terminate services immediately where you breach these terms, fail to pay invoices when due, or where continuation of the engagement would place us in breach of law or professional obligations.
15. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, industrial disputes, or failures of utilities, communications or third-party service providers.
